Marketing HTML Surfaces

Public marketing HTML at pretty URLs, signed-in wiki at `/c/…`, a Customize path from the live teaser, and guest-only analytics on public pages.

Catalog entities can expose marketing HTML at stable public URLs. Products, features, and capabilities render in a light marketing shell, while signed-in readers browse the wiki at /c/ paths. Pretty /products and /features URLs are server HTML, not app routes. In-app links target the wiki paths. Marketing writers can Customize a live marketing detail, seed an override from the teaser, and publish it without a frontend release.
