See catalog events in a header inbox, get email when a ticket is assigned to you, dismiss items you no longer need, and opt in to OS banners.
OL Edge records in-app notifications when something needs a person: mentions, shared notes, ticket-plan approvals, ticket assignment, ticket follows, and similar events. A header bell opens the inbox. You can dismiss one item or clear the inbox. After an insert, an optional Web Push can show an OS banner on Android and desktop browsers that support it. Assigning a ticket notifies the new assignee in the inbox and by email, and only when the assignee actually changes. Following a ticket does the same for later updates and comments.
